We charge a flat rate with no hidden fees for all our services (diagnostic calls , services,
and/or repair fees). Our diagnostic fee is $69.00. We will diagnose the issue and tell our
customer the total repair cost, if they decide to repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and
the total due will be the repair cost. If the appliance unit is not worth repairing and/or our
customer chooses to not proceed they will only need to pay the diagnostic fee.
Without seeing the appliance and running our test we cannot know how much the total
repair cost will be, the cost will be a reflection according to the make and model of the
appliance unit and cost of the part that has failed.
