Our team of technicians carry genuine common replacement parts in their vehicles to attempt repairs on their first service visit and are also fully certified and qualified to be working with all major brands for both kitchen and laundry household appliances. Do you charge hourly or will it be a flat rate?
We charge a flat rate with no hidden fees for all our services (diagnostic calls , services, and/or repair fees). Our diagnostic fee is $69.00. We will diagnose the issueand tell our customer the total repair cost, if they decide to repair, the diagnostic fee is waived and the total due will be the repair cost. If the appliance unit is not worth repairing and/or our customer chooses to not proceed they will only need to pay the diagnostic fee
Do I need to pay for a diagnostic, if my appliance unit is not repairable or not worth fixing because the repair would cost too much?
Yes, the customer would need to pay a diagnostic fee of $69.00 for the diagnosis &
service call.
How do you charge for a visit?
if our customer decides to repair the appliance upon diagnosis the diagnostic fee will
be waived.
Can we get a price for the service before starting the repair?
Yes, we will give you a clear estimate after diagnosing the issue on your unit. The
price of repair will depend on the cost of the part that needs to be replaced.
How do I know if my appliance is worth fixing?
After we check the appliance unit we will tell you honestly if it is not worth the cost of
repair

90 Day Warranty Period
Our priority here at Loma Appliance Service is that all our customers are happy with the services and are satisfied with their experience! After a service/repair all our customers will be submitted with an invoice regarding the service, date, and parts that were used along with a 90 day warranty period.
